HAROLD SCHRAMM

Harold Schramm is professor of English and Justice and Law Administration at Western Connecticut State University. A constitutional scholar, Schramm is equally at home discussing the First Amendment and Dante’s “Divine Comedy.” He earned an undergraduate degree from College of the Holy Cross, a doctorate in English literature from the University of Delaware, and a law degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law.
