LARRY THOMPSON

Larry Thompson is senior vice president government affairs and general counsel and secretary for PepsiCo. Inc. He is responsible for PepsiCo’s worldwide legal function, its government affairs organization and the company’s charitable foundation. Previously, Thompson served in the U.S. Department of Justice as deputy attorney general, where lead the National Security Coordination Council and the Corporate Fraud Task Force. He earned a B.A. from Culver-Stockton College, an M.A. from Michigan State University, and a law degree from the University of Michigan.
